Barb Wasko

BARB WASKO, age 75.  Beloved wife of Roy Wasko for 45 years.  Loving mother of Scott (Heidi), Kevin (Kristin) and Lindsay Biondo (Ron).  Cherished grandmother of Jordan, Jacob (deceased), Brylan, Brayden, and Madison.  Dear sister of Nancy Medlen (Andy, deceased) and sister-in-law of James (Donna) and Joey (Sue).  Dearest aunt and friend of many.  

Barb's time with us was much too short, but she was fortunate to live life to the fullest - whether it was spending time with her family, spoiling her puppies and grand puppies, her fondness for Las Vegas family vacations, having memorable casino parties, her love for drag racing, decorating her home, and her passion for the Cavs - especially having the opportunity to be downtown when the Cavs won the championship in 2016! 

Family and Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 4:00-8:00 p.m.  Barb's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 25801 Royalton Rd., Columbia Station, OH 44028 on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).  Interment will follow at Royalton Road Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Barb's memory can be made to the family to support the Jacob Wasko Memorial Foundation for scholarships supporting Columbia High School wrestlers and junior drag racers.
